Christmas Cooking
The girls have been busy with some Christmas cooking and I have finished my large embroidery of Belle and Boo, really pleased with it but rather too late for me to go hunting for a frame, will have to do that after the Christmas holidays. It would of been lovely to have it framed and given to the girls as an extra present. L loved the pictures we had seen of the gingerbread Christmas tree, she decided on a snow covered tree, which she loved putting together and decorating. M found a recipe for chocolate yule log, so quick trip to the shops to buy the ingredients and then left her to it, with only a little bit of help with rolling up the log and trying to get the chocolate icing to stay on the cake, got here int he end.
